Q: Is there any charge needed in case asking for sample?

A: We can provide free polyimide powder or shapes sample for your testing.

Q: How long does it take on average to deliver a sample?

A: Generally, samples will be sent out within 4 working days after confirmation.

Q: What is the color of your material?

A: Most of our polyimide powder are available in either yellow or dark grey-green color;
Most of polyimide shapes are available in either brown or black.

Q: What is your normal lead time ?

A: Standard lead times are 30 business days for polyimide powder, 10 days for shapes.
It is helpful for new customers who have large volume requirements to provide estimates of annual volume in order to ensure uninterrupted supply.

Q: What is your mode of transport?

A: The goods in a small quantity are usually mailed via DHL, FEDEX, UPS, SF express, and other courier companies recommended by you. The goods in a large quantity are usually delivered by air.

Q: Do you accept trial order?

A: Yes, welcome to place a trial order, we are very glad to establish a business relationship with you.

Q: What is the minimum quantity for polyimide powder?

A: MOQ: 5KG.

Q: What is the payment terms?

A: Normally, we accept T/T in advance.

Q: If we purchase Polyimide powder, can you provide the processing technology guide of HCM(hot compression molding) or DF (direct-formed)?

A : Yes. For the customers who purchase polyimide powder, we would like to provide the corresponding processing technology guide for their reference. We are also willing to answer the relevant processing technical questions if need.

Q: Are the drawings provided for you secure?

A: Yes, all documents within our company are managed and controlled by the system, and no documents will be disclosed automatically. Please be assured that we will not give your drawings to any third party without your prior permission.

Q: I have no drawings yet samples only, can you offer the price?

A: As long as you express the samples to us, our technical department will design the drawings, review crafts and calculate the price as soon as possible, then offer you the price by E-mail.

Q: If I receive conforming samples yet nonconforming products, how do you deal with it?

A: Firstly, we analyze the causes of the problem. In case of our processing errors, we will re-arrange the goods or make a full refund immediately. If the product scrap is caused by errors in the drawings provided by customers, we will negotiate separately. Any problem can be satisfactorily resolved through communication and consultations.

Q: What does "PI" mean?

A: "PI" stands for Polyimide.
